Can you believe it's already that time of year again?! With the advent of another August comes the annual One Month Challenge, now in its fifth year!
If you're new around here, each year for the month of August we take on a challenge of some sort. It could be forming a new habit, breaking a bad one, completing a large task, or anything that will just generally make life a little better.
Having done four already, I can tell you they've each changed my life in different ways and I look forward to challenging myself and changing my perspective once again this year.
So here's what I'm taking on for 2019:
I'd love it if you joined me on my analogue adventure, but also feel completely free to come up with your own challenge for the month. The aim is simply to improve your life in some small way, so focus on whatever you think would do that for you.
